Greenwood had a disappointing outing in Le Classique as Marseille went down 3-0 against Paris Saint-Germain, and was heavily criticised by his manager. After the nightmare outing against the reigning champions which saw Greenwood subbed off at halftime, De Zerbi slammed the winger as he claimed he "did not like" the way he played. However, the Nantes clash completely changed the head coach's perception as he labelled Greenwood a "great guy" after the game.
WHAT ROBERTO DE ZERBI SAID
Speaking to reporters, the former Brighton boss said: "First of all, he's a great guy. He's very committed and always gives everything he has. He's a very strong player and he makes the difference for OM. I was surprised by Greenwood last week because he didn't play well (in a 3-0 loss to PSG). He was far from his standards. Tonight, I wasn't surprised by Greenwood."
